Compute statistical potential for multiple domain pairs
Legend
Input: a tsv-formatted list of SCOPe superfamily domain pairs, e.g.

NOTE: When both text input and file input provided, file input has a priority and text input will be ignored.
Size limits: web tool has a limit of 500 domain pairs per query. If you need to process data on a larger scale please refer to our standalone version.
Output: DISPOT statistical potential for provided domain pairs list. Duplicate entries are removed. If DOMMINO database does not have entries for a specific domain pair then "No information" will be returned instead of a numeric value.
