Compute statistical potential for a pair of domains

Legend

Input: a pair of SCOPe superfamily domains (e.g., 64484 and 63562). These domains will be referenced as D1 and D2 in further explanation.

Output: DISPOT statistical potential for the given domain pair (D1-D2), including combinations D1-D1 and D2-D2. If DOMMINO database does not have entries for a specific domain pair then "No information" will be returned instead of a numeric value.
